Account security and business access
Verified access
Use your own verified email address and a unique password. Verification and password recovery links expire. Annuura never asks you to share your password or verification code in public messages.
Two-factor authentication
Business owners, hub administrators and platform administrators must complete two-factor verification. Ordinary users can enable it optionally. Account security supports an authenticator or email codes, with one-use recovery codes.
Company permissions
Membership and enabled applications determine which business records you can access. Belonging to more than one business does not combine their records or permissions.
Integration credentials
Authorized machine connections use credentials scoped to an approved hub and endpoint. Do not send a key to another business or origin. A public integration description does not grant private data access.
